A1. S.B. Patil Public School is under the umbrella of the Pimpri Chinchwad Education Trust. Whilst the Board of the Trust oversees and validates the overall governance of the school, the institute itself is headed by the principal, the vice principal, HM and the section coordinators.

The School Leadership Team (SLT) is a mix of senior management, academic heads, and key coordinators who together guide the vision, policies, and day-to-day functioning of the school. These are

A1. For those seeking admissions, an informal interaction will be conducted in which pupil and both the parents have to be present. The final decision of the admission committee will be binding. Kindly visit the admission tab on the school’s website for further details.

A5. Documents to be Submitted after Confirmation of Admission
1. For Grade I
Original Birth Certificate (laminated) to be submitted in the school office within a month from the date of admission.
2. For Grade II Onwards
Original Birth Certificate/ School Leaving Certificate received from the previous school to be submitted in the school office within a month from the date of admission.
NOTE: Admission of a student will be considered provisional until the submission of his/her Birth Certificate or an appropriate School Leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate in the school office. School reserves the right of cancellation of admission in case of non-availability of said documents.school office. 3. Admission for Grade XI
1. Admission will be on the basis of the student’s performance in Grade X, as well as on the aptitude of the student.
2. For students who have completed their Grade X from other schools and boards (besides CBSE), the discretion for admission rests with the principal, subject to availability of seats in various streams.
3. Detailed information regarding admission for all grades shall be available on the school’s website.
4. RTE Admissions
25% seats are reserved in Grade 1 under RTE act and as per the guidelines from the State Education Department.
5. Admission Process under RTE
Parents need to fill in the online form on the RTE website.
Once the school is allotted, verification will be done by government officials.
After verification, the parent approaches the school for completing the admission process
No interview or test is administered as per the RTE admission guidelines
A6. The school fee needs to be paid in four Installments
1. 1st Installment: From April 1st to April 10th
2. 2nd Installment: From July 1st to July 10th
3. 3rd Installment: From October 1st to October 10th
4. 4th Installment: From January 1st to January 10th

A1. S.B. Patil Pubic School is a CBSE Affiliated school and follows the curriculum stated by the Board.
A2. We will be having only two semesters as per the CBSE.
A3. Assessments and promotions shall be according to the CBSE norms.
A4. We strive to maintain a standard of 40 students per section.
A5. PTMs are conducted as often as possible, or as and when the need arises which usually is about once every two months or so.
A6. A parent can nominate himself/ herself via the Google Forms sent during the annual PTA election period.
A1. S.B. Patil Public School places utmost importance on the health, nutrition, and safety of its students. The school cafeteria provides wholesome, balanced, and vegetarian meals curated by a nutritionist, with monthly menus available on the website. Students are encouraged to bring chapattis, sabji, rice, pulses, and seasonal fruits and vegetables in their tiffins to ensure a diet rich in essential nutrients.
In terms of medical care, a health bay with beds, first-aid boxes on every floor, and two qualified nurses are available during school hours. The school also has tie-ups with nearby hospitals for emergencies and conducts annual health check-ups, with reports maintained on the school’s ERP. Health cards containing students’ medical histories and allergy records are systematically updated.
Safety across the campus is ensured with CCTV surveillance, fire extinguishers, hoses, and annual mock drills for fire, earthquake, flood, and threat management. Emergency contacts are displayed on each floor for quick access. Transport safety is reinforced with GPS-enabled buses equipped with cameras, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits.
Dedicated committees such as Anti-bullying, POCSO, POSH, and Redressal Cells safeguard student welfare, while counsellors, a wellness coach, special educators, and a career counsellor provide emotional, academic, and professional guidance. Together, these measures ensure that every child learns and grows in a secure, caring, and well-prepared environment.
A2. At S.B. Patil Public School, student security on campus is ensured through a comprehensive system of surveillance, preparedness, and proactive care. CCTV cameras are installed at entry and exit points, classrooms, labs, corridors, and other strategic locations, monitoring activities across the campus round the clock.
Fire extinguishers, hoses, and regular safety audits are in place, supported by annual mock drills for fire, earthquake, flood, and external threat scenarios to prepare students and staff for any exigency. Emergency contact numbers of hospitals, police, fire and welfare departments are displayed on every floor for immediate access, ensuring swift response during unforeseen situations.
The school also has specialised committees like POCSO, POSH, Sakhi Savitri, Redressal Cells, and Anti-bullying Committees that actively address safety and well-being. Transport safety is strengthened with GPS-enabled school buses equipped with cameras, fire extinguishers, and first-aid kits.
Beyond physical security, emotional safety is given equal importance with counsellors, a wellness coach, and special educators offering guidance and support. These multi-layered measures work together to create a campus environment where students feel protected, cared for, and secure at all times.

3. No parents/ guardians are allowed to meet teachers during school hours.
