Admission Procedure for Grade II (A. Y. 2025-26)
- Online link for filling up the Admission Application Form shall be available on the school website (www.sbpatilschool.com) from Saturday, 11th Jan 2025, Timings: 12 noon onwards. However, the Form closing date shall be decided on the basis of availability of the vacant seats.
- Parents need to fill and submit the Admission Application Form in an online mode, along with the required documents as per point 3.
- Kindly keep these documents ready/handy and upload all these in a clearly scanned format with not more than 2 MB in size, Format should be JPG/ PNG/ JPEG, PDF will not be allowed.
a. Passport size photograph each of mother, father, child and guardian (guardian if applicable).
b. Photocopy of the child’s birth certificate, having child’s name on the same.
c. Photocopy of current address proof (Aadhar card/ electricity bill/ LPG receipt/ bank passbook/ registered rent agreement, etc.)
d. Photocopy of the child’s Aadhar card.
e. Photocopy of the child’s report card of the previous school (Last passed class). - Once you fill in all details and upload the required documents, submit the form. After submission you will find a tab for the form fee payment. You need to pay Rs.700/- towards the form fee. This shall complete the process of submission of the Admission Application Form from your end. Please do not forget to note down your Form Number.
- After submitting a duly filled Admission Application Form you will get to see further details related to Admission Test (Date and time of admission test) Kindly make a note that Admission Test will be held as per the form numbers only.
- Hard copy of all the filled forms and photocopy of uploaded and above mentioned documents need to be carried on the day of Admission Test. Failing this, the admission process for your ward may get delayed/affected.
- Subjects for the Admission test will be as follows: English, Hindi, Mathematics and EVS. All assessments shall be based on Grade I syllabus.
- Selected students’ list will be displayed on the school website and the School Display Board as per the schedule mentioned under point number 10. After confirming the status of admission granted, parents need to make fee payment accordingly.

Important Notes

- Amount once paid is neither refundable nor transferable or adjustable in case of any change or cancellation of admission.
- If the fee will not be received as per the above mentioned schedule, the seat will then be given to the next eligible student
