Admission Procedure: Nursery and Junior KG| 2025-26

  1. Online link for filling up the Admission Application Form shall be available on the school website (www.sbpatilschool.com) tentatively in the month of December 2024. Date of admission will be declared soon. The last date of filling the Admission Form/ closing date shall be decided on the basis of availability of the vacant seats.
  2. Parents need to fill and submit the Admission Application Form in an online mode, along with the given list of documents:
  3. (Kindly keep these documents ready/handy and upload all these in a clearly scanned format and not more than 2 MB in size, Format: pdf/JPG/ PNG/ JPEG), Photo and Signature Format: Should be an image and not PDF)
       a. Latest passport size photographs of the child, mother, father, (and guardian if applicable)
       b. Birth certificate of the child
       c. Address proof (Aadhar card / electricity bill / LPG connection receipt / bank passbook / registered rent agreement)
       d. Child’s Aadhar card
       e. Child’s general vaccination card
  4. Once you fill in all details and upload the required documents, submit the form then you will find a tab for the payment gateway. You need to pay Rs.700/- towards the form fee. This shall complete the process of Admission Application Form submission from your end. Please do not forget to note down your Form Number.
  5. After submitting a duly filled Admission Application Form you will get to see all further details of Interaction (Date and time of interaction) Kindly make a note that Interaction will be held as per the form numbers.
  6. Hard copies of all the filled forms and uploaded documents will be handed over to parents by the school admission team on the day of Interaction. In case, any document has been missed out while uploading, that needs to be submitted in the school admission office on the day of interaction.
  7. Selected students’ lists will be displayed on the school website and the School Display Board (Schedule of lists will be declared soon). After confirming the status of admission granted, parents need to make fee payment accordingly.
  8. School Fee for A.Y. 2025-26: We will update the same in the second or third week of December month.
