Congratulations Budding Scientist !

Science encourages and teaches children how to discover and wonder about everything around them. Considering their natural curiosity, introducing children to science at an early age through activities & participating in different competitions will encourage them to think, observe, solve problems, and talk about the world around them.

Royaal World School had organized a Virtual inter school 'Little Einstein' GK / EVS competition on 26th February 2022, where once again our tiny tots participated with great numbers and enthusiasm. The theme was 3's, Science, Society and Surrounding which further had different themes for each section of the Pre Primary. Nursery students were given the theme Magic Science. Junior KG had Water - the focus was on decreasing water level & Senior KG got Health as their topic. Children spoke confidently, explaining their project and presented with a very scientific approach using props to justify and support their views. It is a pleasure and makes us proud to see our children not only participate but speak with such great confidence and bagging awards for themselves and bringing glory to our school at different levels.

SBPPS congratulates the winner from Nursery section Ms. Kavya Kulkarni for securing third position in the competition, her speaking skills & presentation of experiment - mixing primary colours to get magic colours was amazing. Our students Ms. Anvii Gupta from Jr.KG and Ms. Swara Amlapure from Sr.KG received participation certificates for their wonderful efforts and participation. Our entire SBPPS family congratulates you and best wishes for your future endeavors !

 

Resplendence 2021 - Ad Mad show

G.D.Goenka School, Delhi had organized an inter school event 'Resplendence-2021'.This event was open to Pre Primary section and they had organized an Ad -Mad Show where many enthusiastic participants from SBPPS had given in their entries. Amongst which Ms.Srinithi S Gaikwad from Jr.KG section was selected and represented S. B. Patil Public School in the Ad Mad show. What made Srinithi stand out was her selection of the topic for the competition, she chose to speak on the topic 'Beti Padhao, Beti Bachao'. With innocence in her eyes but at the same time wearing confidence in her sleeves, she strongly supported her point of view and presented her message to the society. She spoke for the respect, equality & right to education every girl child should be getting as it is their birthright. The props & charts used for the making of the video of the Ad Mad Show also well supported her theme.

We feel proud and congratulate Ms.Srinithi for receiving a participation certificate from G.D. Goenka School, which was handed over to her by our Principal Ma'am Dr. Bindu Saini.

 

TIRANGAA 2021 - Competition Winner

Competition is a great setting to learn, to measure your skills in the subject and it prepares children for future situations of all kinds. Aside from preparing them for wins and losses later in their adult life, competitive activities help them develop important skills like resilience, perseverance, and tenacity. We feel immensely proud of our pre primary tiny tots as they actively participated in the Story Telling and Vegetable Art competition organized by Ryan International Academy, Pune on 4th September under the banner 'TIRANGAA 2021 Annual Inter School Virtual Competition'. The Theme of the competition was 'Family - A Circle of Love & Strength'.

SBPPS feels proud and elated to announce, our student from Jr.KG section Ms.Virika Waghmare has secured a 2nd place in the Vegetable Art competition.

The winner was felicitated with a certificate and medal she received - by our school Principal Dr.Bindu Saini & Pre Primary co-ordinator Ms. Shubhangi Kulkarni. All the other participants were awarded with participation certificates.

Congrats Virika ! Keep believing in yourself and work hard; more achievements are yet to come!
