The Nursery to Grade II Sports Days

S.B. Patil Public School conducted its Sports Week for Nursery to Grade II from 23rd to 29th January, 2024. Nursery and Junior KG has their Sports Day on the 23rd; Grade I and II had theirs on the 25th; and Senior KG has their day on the 29th of January 2024.

On 23rd January, 2024 final races of Nursery and Junior KG section were conducted. Races for Nursery were 'Peg and Me' and 'Scavenger Hunt'.

Races of Junior KG were 'Tortoise-Basket Walk' and 'Ball Collecting'. On 29th January, 2024, the final races for Senior KG were conducted. Races of Senior KG were 'Squeeze the Sponge' and 'Crab Walk Race'.

Parents too were invited for the final races as per the respective classes. Students marched around the ground following the one who carried the torch of fire. Cheers from parents and classmates boosted the confidence of the little finalists.

The sports day was concluded by felicitating the winner on the victory stand. Parents of the winners got the honours place the medals on their child.

From all this we learned a valuable lesson: medals are not made of gold, silver or bronze; they are made of sweat, determination, and a hard-to-find alloy called guts.
