Winning Silver and Bronze in the Winter Season Open State Skating Championship

We congratulate Ojas of Grade VIII and Shriram Mane of Grade VII for winning in the Winter Season Open State Skating Championship 2024 held on 22nd December, 2024.
Ojas won the silver medal in the short race; and Shriram won the bronze medal in the long race categories.

We heartily congratulate Maitreyee Kadalag who participated in the 4th Vishwa Cup Invitational State Karate Championship and won the gold medal in the kata event, gold medal in kumite event, and a gold medal in Champion of Champions event.
We could not be more proud of Maitreyee as she won these scintillating laurels out of 700+ participants from Ahmedabad, Sangli, Kolhapur, Pune, Satara, Raigad, and Beed.

We are excited to congratulate two exceptional students from S.B. Patil School, Devyani Kawale and Arya Mhaske, for their remarkable achievement in the sport of shooting. Both students, currently in Grade 9, have earned the prestigious Renowned Shooters Degree and have qualified for the India Team selection trials at the National Shooting Championship in New Delhi.
Devyani and Arya are avid shooters who have demonstrated consistent dedication and skill in multiple tournaments, earning them recognition at a national level. Their qualification for the India Team trials is a testament to their hard work and determination. We are incredibly proud of their accomplishments and look forward to seeing their continued success in the world of shooting.
Striking Gold!:Winning at the State Level School Soft Tennis Sports Competition 2024-25

We are proud of Bhairavi Sarode of S.B. Patil Public School, Ravet, who performed remarkably by winning a gold medal at the State Level School Soft Tennis Sports Competition 2024-25.
A student of Grade X, Bhairavi won first place in the U-17 Team Competition organised by the Sports and Youth Affairs Department, Pune, and District Sports Council, Pune at the Sports Complex, Baramati on 7th and 9th December, 2024.
We thank the sports faculty, Mr. Ramesh Nandal for guiding this young winner.
Hosting and Winning the Inter-school State Level Kurash Competition

The Inter-school State Level Kurash Competition and Male and Female State Level Kurash Competition was held at S.B. Patil Public School Ravet held on 30th November and 1st December, 2024
The competition was inaugurated by the school principal, Dr. Bindu Saini; District Sports Officer, Shri. Mahadev Kasgawade; State Sports Coach, Shri. Shivaji Kale; President of Kurash Association of Maharashtra, Shri. Ankush Nagar; and Secretary; Shri. Shivaji Salukhe, along with other dignitaries
In the competition08 zones took part and 225 students participated, From our school, Vaishnavi Patil of Grade IX secured the second place in the U-17 girls group, and Yash Gaikwad of Grade VIII secured third place in the U-18 boys category.

We thank our sports teacher, Mr. Dhanaji Patil for mentoring the students. We also thank principal, Dr. Bindu Saini; vice principal, Ms. Padmavati Banda; and administrative manager, Mr. Manish Dhekale for organising the training of our students in various sports; and encouraging practice sessions regularly by the sports teachers.
Being a Blue Belt at Eight

The Annual Sports Day 2024
Pune, Maharashtra | 28th and 29th November and 7th December, 2024
The Annual Sports Day for Grade I and II was held on 28th and 29th November, 2024 featuring fun-filled events and enthusiastic participation from all students. The incharges of the event were Mr. Chandrakant Thombre and Mr. Mahesh Nalawade
The event commenced with an opening ceremony by the guidance of Headmaster Ms. Shubhangi Kulkarni and Section Coordinator Mrs. Nayna Taru. There were events held by Grade I and II such as: 50 meters running race, kangaroo jump race, cap the cones, jump with hula hoops. The event concluded with students dancing to lively sports songs with their class teachers, creating a joyful and celebratory atmosphere.
The Annual Sports Day for Grades IX to XII took place on 7th December, 2024 with excitement and enthusiasm filling the air. The event began with the arrival of esteemed guests: Mr. Rishikesh Arankalle; Principal, Dr. Bindu Saini; and Vice Principal, Mrs. Padmavati Banda
The school Head Boy, Aditya Ganjare, delivered a warm welcome speech, followed by the felicitation of the guests. The ceremonial lamp and torch lighting led by the house captains and vice captains, symbolised the start of the day's celebrations. The sports captain and vice sports captain took the oath, swearing to uphold the values of sportsmanship
Principal, Dr. Bindu Saini declared the Sports Meet officially open. The crowd was treated to a beautiful welcome song and a vibrant dance performance by students. The event highlighted several exciting sports competitions: 100 meters run finals, leg cricket boys finals, throw ball girls finals for Grade IX; and leg cricket boys finals, throw ball girls finals and 4x100 meters relay finals for Grade X
Following this, the prize distribution ceremony honoured the winners of these events, and the Zila Parishad 2024-25 winners. The Chief Guest, Mr. Rishikesh Arankalle, delivered an inspiring speech, urging students to excel in both sports and academics. The day concluded with spirited applause for all participants, celebrating sportsmanship and teamwork
We thank our principal, Dr. Bindu Saini; vice principal, Ms. Padmavati Banda; HM, Ms. Shubhangi Kulkarni; and administrative incharge, Mr. Manish Dhekale for guiding all those who helped prepare for the programme. We thank the entire Sports Department for organising the event. We also thank music teacher, Ms. Sulochana Pawar and the school choir; Ms Kranti Kulkarni and the Art Department for all artwork posted; and Mr. Aman Yadav and the IT team for the sound arrangements.

Aarohi and Gandharv Win at the Sakal School Olympics

Vedanshi wins the 2nd Position in the District Level Karate Championship

Winning the Open Speed Skating Championship

An Open Speed Skating Championship was organised by S.R. Skating Academy at Hedgewar Kreeda Sankul Maidan, Pimpri Chinchwad on 13th October, 2024.

The Zila Parishad Games (2024-25)

Every year, the students of S.B. Patil Public School participate in the Zila Parishad Games which run from August to December. This year, the following students have won accolades and positions at the Zila Parishad Games (2024-25)
In the DSO Judo competition, under the U-17 and U-19 Boys category, Yash Kamat won the 1st place; Neel Gurav won the 1st place; Harshwardhan Gaware won the 2nd place; and Aayush Saykar won the 3rd place in District Level Games.
We are also elated to announce that the team from S.B. Patil Public School secured the third place and bronze medal in the Z.P. Sepak Takra competition in the U-19 Boys category.
Our school also won the handball U-17 Boys 3rd position and U-17 Girls second position. Adding to this glory, we won the second place in the U-17 Boys Atya Patya competition.

Winning the Maharashtra State Kudo Tournament 2024-25

We are thrilled to announce that Mishka Nikam from II-A participated in the Maharashtra State Kudo Tournament 2024-25, competing in the F-Under 8 (-21 kg) Category.
The tournament was held at D.C. High School in Khandala, Pune, Maharashtra from 16th to 18th August, 2024. Mishka earned a bronze medal in this highly competitive event.
