AGE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR A.Y. 2026-27

NOTE: In case, your ward’s date of birth falls in the overlapping period (July to Dec). You need to fill the form as per your requirement. However, the discussion needs to be done at the time of interaction for final confirmation of the class to be admitted in.

Admission Procedure: Nursery and Junior KG| 2026-27

1. Online link for filling up the Admission Application Form shall be available on the school website (www.sbpatilschool.com) from Tuesday, 23rd Dec 2025, Timings: 12 noon onwards. However, the Form closing date shall be decided on the basis of availability of the vacant seats.
2. Parents need to fill and submit the Admission Application Form in an online mode, along with the given list of documents:
   (Kindly keep these documents ready/handy and upload all these in a clearly scanned format and not more than 2 MB in size, Format: pdf/JPG/ PNG/ JPEG), Photo Format: Should be an image and not PDF)
        a. Latest passport size photographs of the child, mother, father, (and guardian if applicable)
        b. Birth certificate of the child
        c. Address proof (Aadhar card / electricity bill / LPG connection receipt / bank passbook / registered rent agreement)
        d. Child’s Aadhar card
        e. Child’s general vaccination card
3. Once you fill in all details and upload the required documents, submit the form then you will find a tab for the payment gateway. You need to pay Rs.700/- towards the form fee. This shall complete the process of Admission Application Form submission from your end. Please do not forget to note down your Form Number.
4. After submitting a duly filled Admission Application Form you will get to see all further details of Interaction (Date and time of interaction) Kindly make a note that Interaction will be held as per the form numbers.
5. Hard copy of all the filled forms and photocopy of uploaded and above mentioned documents need to be carried on the day of Interaction. Failing this, the admission process for your ward may get delayed/affected.
6. Selected students’ list will be displayed on the school website and the School Display Board as per the schedule given in the following table. After confirming the status of admission granted, parents need to make fee payment accordingly.
7. School Fee for A.Y. 2026-27: School fee shall be updated during the second week of December 2025 for A.Y. 2026-27.
8. Since we have limited seats available in the Nursery and Junior KG class, parents are requested to follow the given schedule: -

Important Notes

1. Important dates have been mentioned for your convenience. However, you please keep checking the school website in case of any update.
2. Amount once paid is neither refundable nor transferable in case of a cancellation of admission.
3. If the fee will not be deposited as per the above mentioned dates, the seat will then be given to the next eligible student.

For the Nursery and Junior KG admissions, an interaction session will be conducted as per the form number given below.
