Admission Procedure for Grade XI (A. Y. 2026-27)

  1. Online link for filling up the Admission Application Form is as follows: https://sbpps.pceterp.in/parent-signup (https://sbpps.pceterp.in/parent-signup)
  2. Please Note: that the Form closing date shall be dependent on the status of availability of the vacant seats.

  3. Parents need to fill and submit the Admission Application Form online along with the required documents as per the next point.
  4. Kindly keep these documents ready/handy and upload all these in a clearly scanned format not exceeding 2 MB in size. The format should be in PDF/JPG/ PNG/ JPEG only. The file format for photos mandatorily needs to be JPG/ PNG/ JPEG only.
         a. Passport size photographs each of mother, father, candidate and guardian (guardian, if applicable).
         b. A copy of the candidate’s birth certificate, bearing his/her name.
         c. A copy of current address proof
    (Aadhar card/ electricity bill/ LPG receipt/ bank passbook/ registered rent agreement, etc.)
         d. A copy of the candidate’s Aadhar card.
         e. A copy of the candidate’s report card of Grade X
  5. Once you fill in all details and upload the required documents, submit the form. After submission you will find a tab for the form fee payment. You need to pay Rs.700/- towards the form fee. This shall complete the process of submission of the Admission Application Form from your end. Please remember to note down your Form Number for further communication..
  6. A hard copy of all the filled forms, and photocopies of uploaded and above mentioned documents need to be submitted in the school administrative office between 10.00 am to 3.00 pm (Except 1st and 3rd Saturday). Failing this, the admission process for your ward may get delayed/affected.
  7. Eligibility Criteria:

    a. Admission will be confirmed on the basis of Grade X performance of the candidate (Minimum 75% in case of Science stream and 65% for the Commerce stream selection).
    b. In case of a minor deviation up to 5-6%, an undertaking by the parents and candidate needs to be submitted as per the discretion of the school admission committee.
    c. For major deviations of more than 6% from the defined criteria, an Admission Test in the concerned subject(s) will be conducted.

Important Notes

1. Please keep on referring to the school website for all updates.
2. Any amount once paid is neither refundable nor transferable or adjustable in case of any change or cancellation of admission.
3. If the fee will not be received as per the above mentioned schedule, the seat will then be given to the next eligible candidate. 4. After confirmation of admission, candidates original TC/LC (Transfer/ Leaving Certificate) from the previous school needs to be submitted within 60 days from the date of admission..
