Admission Procedure for Grade II (A. Y. 2026-27)

1. The online link for filling up the Admission Application Form shall be available on the school website (www.sbpatilschool.com) from Friday, 16th January, 2026, Timings: 12 noon onwards. However, the Form closing date shall be decided on the basis of availability of the vacant seats.
2. Parents need to fill and submit the Admission Application Form in the online mode, along with the required documents as per point 3.
   
3. Kindly keep the scans of following documents ready/handy and upload all of them. Only JPG/ JPEG/ PNG and PDF formats are permitted. The file sizes should not exceed 2 MB
      a. Passport size photograph each of mother, father, child and guardian (guardian if applicable).
      b. Photocopy of the child’s birth certificate, having child’s name on the same.
      c. Photocopy of current address proof (Aadhar card/ electricity bill/ LPG receipt/ bank passbook/ registered rent
          agreement, etc.)
      d. Photocopy of the child’s Aadhar card.
      e. Photocopy of the child’s report card of the previous school (Final Report Card of Sr.KG and 1st Term Report of Grade 1).
4. Once you fill in all details and upload the required documents, submit the form. After submission you will find a tab for the form fee payment. You need to pay Rs.700/- towards the form fee. This shall complete the process of submission of the Admission Application Form from your end. Please do not forget to note down your Form Number.
5. After submitting the duly filled Admission Application Form you will get to see all further details of Interaction (Date and time of interaction) This interaction will be comprised of oral as well as written components.
6. Kindly note that Interaction will be held as per the form numbers only.
7. The hardcopies of all the filled forms and photocopy of uploaded and above mentioned documents need to be carried on the day of Interaction. Failing this, the admission process for your ward may get delayed/affected.
8. The list of selected students will be displayed on the school website and the School Display Board as per the schedule given in the following table. After confirming the status of admission granted, parents need to make fee payment accordingly.

10. The list of selected students after interactions will be published on the school website at 12.00 noon on Friday, 30th January, 2026.
11. Parents of selected students need to pay the School Fee on or before Tuesday, 03rd February 2026.
12. Since we have limited seats available for admission in Grade II, parents are requested to adhere the schedule mentioned under the points 10 and 11.
13. If the fee is received by us as per the above mentioned schedule, the seat will then be given to the next eligible student.

Important Notes

1. Please keep on referring to the school website in case of any change.
2. Amount once paid is neither refundable nor transferable or adjustable in case of any change or cancellation of admission.

Timings for Grade II Interaction Session

For the Grade II admissions, an interaction session will be conducted as per the form number given below.

Important Note: Both parents (mother and father), along with the child, need to be present for the session.
